A:  Email a request about any product you are looking for and we will try to respond within 24 hours.  

Q:  Is merchandise available for sale from this site?
A:  Yes.  Just email a request about a product and we will email you back with availability.

Q:  How do I place an order? 
A:  Once you have requested a product and informed us that you would like to purchase it, we will email you a price quote and instructions on how payment can be made.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Q:  How many locations do you have?
A:  Our only store is located in Charleston, WV.

Q:  I live outside the United States.  Can I still order merchandise from you?
A:  Sorry, but we are only able to process orders from within the United States.

Q: Do you special order any items?
A: Many items can be special ordered. Certain sports shoes for example can be special ordered as large as a size 22.

Q: Do you do custom silk screening?
A: Yes, our staff can assist you in your custom tees, company logos and sports caps, shirts and other apparel. We offer color and black and white screening services.

Q: I have an old tennis racket, can you restring it?
A: Yes, we restring rackets.

Q: Can you help me find a special bat?
A: Yes, SportMart carries a large selection of softball and baseball bats.

Q: I want to put in a small gym area at home, do you carry fitness  equipment?
A: Yes, we have a large selection of benches, workout machines and free weights, we have TON's of weights.
